Camaraderie is the spirit of friendship and trust that can exist between people who spend a great deal of time together. It instills mutual respect which allows each student to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of their classmates or teammates. They try to understand the unique roles they each play and how to complement one another when needed. They collectively work through challenges and celebrate wins together. Results have shown an increase in personal growth, school satisfaction, and reduced pressure.

生徒はクラスメートやチームメートの長所と短所を認識し、お互いを尊重しあい、またリスペクトするようになります。また、場面によってそれぞれの役割を理解し、必要なときにそれぞれが助け合うことで補い合うことができるようにします。
そして、共に課題を克服し、共に勝利を祝うのです。
そうすることで個人の成長に繋がったり、学校生活満足度の向上、必要のないプレッシャーを取り払うことができると身近でみていて感じます🎵
