In June 2021, the International School of Nagano (I.S.N.) applied to the Governor of Nagano Prefecture for approval to establish a school as an elementary school corporation to become a school recognized by the government (private school). You will work with us to create excitement for children and the people around them in a childcare facility. Nagano Prefecture’s only International Baccalaureate-certified combined elementary, middle and junior high school.
The school was approved as of December 28, 2021, and I.S.N. will continue to work with the local government to make the multicultural, multilingual and international standard learning environment an option for more children in the future. We also aim to support families with many children to address the growing issue of the declining birth rate in Japan. We are considering a review of tuition fees in practice.
