Moeka was born and raised in Azumino City, Nagano. She went to collage in Akita; during this time she held event for international students and local people to interact and learn from eachother. After a year of study abroad in Minnesota, she transferred to the university and majored in accounting. She worked in an accounting firm in Michigan as an audit assistant for about a year and came back to Nagano.
